Has managed several privately held companies in Southern California. A graduate of the American School of International Management (Thunderbird) and Virginia Polytechnic with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Has lived and traveled extensively in Europe and the Far East. Speaks German, Italian and Spanish.
Resident of North Tustin since 1974. Has two sons, both attended University of California campuses. The eldest is working in Germany and the other is working in Northern California. His wife teaches French and German at a local Community College. His spare time is spent in the cultivation of prize orchids, maintenance of a reef aquarium and golf.
